Well she is 67 but the old face is gone. Knife and needles took it. They sliced the skin near ears. Stretched the deep muscle over the bone. The face mask was made from more than this though.
Other problems, damage came from heavy gel. Madonna said she did not want a thin face. She wanted them round cheeks of youth. Doctors gave her an acid.
A dense thing went into her flesh. They told her the body would melt it. That didn't happen. It did block fluid. Attached itself to the water. Thick scar tissue is possible. Her head swelled up, became heavy.
So there is no looking like her old self. Aging took away some, but poison and steel for years. This took the rest, most. She didn't age gracefully like natural women.
